Confident Birth Preparation Course
Full In-Person Antenatal Course in Bristol, covering everything from Labour & Birth, through to Newborn Care & the Fourth Trimester; led by a practising Midwife.
I have been where you are now. You want to feel prepared for birth, and for life as parents of a new baby. You want to meet other mums and dads-to-be who are having their babies at the same time as you. You want to invest in a course that is going to set you up and make you feel informed, confident, safe and excited going into your labour & birth; and you want your partner to feel the same!

You've heard the phrase "it takes a village" when it comes to raising a child, and you want to find your village - the ones you can message at 3am when the baby is awake, again, or who will recommend the best nappy brand after you've had yet another poonami! You want to find a professional who is truly on your side, who will support you, and will answer all your questions (there are no stupid questions!)
Pregnancy and birth can feel exciting, overwhelming, daunting… often all at once. I’ve seen firsthand how good preparation can make a huge difference — not by guaranteeing a “perfect” birth, but by helping you feel informed, confident, and able to communicate your preferences, even when plans change. Knowledge really can change everything.
Our 'Confident Birth Preparation Course' provides all this and more.
5 sessions, taught by me, a mum-of-two and NHS Midwife with 10 years experience of labour and birth; covering everything from labour & birth, through to newborn care & the fourth trimester, and everything in between!
