All services are educational and supportive in nature and are not a substitute for personalised NHS or private medical care.

While Rosie Griffin is a qualified midwife, services provided through this website do not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.
Information shared is general in nature and cannot take into account individual medical history or risk factors. You must always seek advice from your own midwife, GP, or maternity team for personalised medical care.

4. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years old
• You are pregnant, postnatal, or supporting someone who is, and are seeking education and support only

5. Booking & Payment
• All bookings and purchases must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Confirmed bookings will not be affected.

6. Antenatal Classes
• Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Class content may vary slightly to reflect participant needs and current guidance.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

7. 1:1 Support Calls
• Calls are delivered online via Google Meet.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have suitable technology and internet access.
• These calls provide guidance, reassurance, and education only and are not clinical consultations.

8. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
Antenatal Classes & 1:1 Calls
• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
• Cancellations within 72 hours, late arrivals, or non-attendance are non-refundable.
• Missed sessions cannot be refunded or rearranged.

Digital Products
In line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013:
• By purchasing a digital product, you consent to immediate access.
• Once access is provided, you lose your right to cancel, and all digital product sales are non-refundable.

• Digital products are for personal use only.
• You must not share, copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or make available any content without prior written permission.
• Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
