Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

 

We understand that pregnancy and family life can be unpredictable. Please read the cancellation policy carefully before booking.

 

• More than 21 days before the course start date:

You may cancel or reschedule your booking for a full refund.

 

• 10-21 days before the course start date:

A 50% refund will be issued, or you may transfer your place to a future course (subject to availability).

 

• Less than 10 days before the course start date:

Unfortunately, no refunds can be given, as course materials, venue costs, and preparation time will already have been committed.

 

• Non-attendance:

No refunds are available for missed sessions or non-attendance.

 

• Exceptional circumstances:

If you need to cancel due to unexpected medical reasons (e.g. early labour or hospital admission), please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to offer a transfer to a future course where feasible.

 

All cancellations must be made in writing via email.

Partner / Second Attendee for Antenatal classes

 

Your course booking includes attendance for you and one birth partner / second attendee unless otherwise stated.

 

• The cancellation policy applies to the entire booking, not individual attendees.

• If your partner or second attendee is unable to attend, this does not qualify for a partial refund.

• You may change or substitute your named partner/second attendee at any time  — no additional fee required.




Digital Download Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are non-refundable once purchased.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

 

  • You are purchasing digital content that is delivered immediately after payment

  • You waive your right to a 14-day cooling-off period once the download or access has begun

  • No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are available after purchase

Exceptions

We are, of course, happy to help if:

 

  • You experience technical issues accessing your download

  • You have been charged in error or receive the wrong product

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will resolve the issue promptly by providing access or, where appropriate, issuing a refund.

Responsibility of the Purchaser

Please ensure you:

 

  • Review the product description carefully before purchasing

  • Confirm the product meets your needs

  • Have the appropriate device and software to access the content
